SUPER GUARD(SG) camp is one of a kind camp.  SG will be run by recent TCU super guard, TK LaFleur.

LaFleur will incorporate some of the current skills and drills run by college coaches.  Her experience and play in both Big 12 and Mountain West Conferences provides her with the ability to show your athlete first hand, what they need to do in order to play at next level.   LaFleur played 2 years in Big 12 at University of Nebraska and 2 seasons at TCU, where she had the following honors:

Mountain West New Comer of Year(2008-09)
Offensive Player of Year
Led TCU and Mountain West Conf in 3 point shooting(2008-09)
Ranked 35th nationally for all NCAA in 3 point shooting(2008-09)
Top 10 MWC: Scoring, Steals, Rebounds

SUPER GUARD Camp will allow your athlete to train like a college athlete.  If you want to succeed at the next level you need to begin to separate yourself from the rest of the athletes all across the country. College coaches are looking for players who have a high basketball IQ, who can demonstrate control in tough situations(attitude), and athletes who can make the game easy for themselves as well as teammates.

Camp Format: 3 Categories: Agilities, Conditioning, On Court Drills
Agilities: Drills designed to help with an athletes foot speed and quickness.
  • T-Test
  • Reaction Box
  • Multiple change of direction drills

Conditioning: College coaches want their teams to be in basketball shape
  • 33s (Which is 3 down and backs)
  • Ladders

On Court Drills:
  • Ballhandling
  • Shooting (Spot shooting, pull up jumpers, coming off screens, transition shots, etc...)
  • Defense (Stance, rotations, etc...)

This is just a list of some of the things you will work on during SUPER GUARD camp.
